Currently, Shauna, the owner / baker of The Long I Pie Shop, works full-time at the Denver Colorado AIDS Project as a Medical Case Manager predominantly working with youth and refugees. She wanted to support the organization and the clients she works with and the amazingly creative people in her life, so why not throw a benefit show with proceeds going to the Denver Colorado AIDS Project and serve up some pie.

The artist line up was amazing --- Mountains vs Plains, Matthew Chouteau, John Dale, and MacKenzie Bartels. You should check out all of their unique work on their websites. They are all Boulder / Denver local artists with so much talent! We were able to raise a few hundred dollars to donate to the Colorado AIDS Walk. HOORAY!
